Hi, I'm Tim.

For years, I looked successful on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.

I was a top performer in tech sales, making great money, winning awards, and building the kind of life I thought would finally make me feel free. But underneath it all, I was anxious, burnt out, depressed, and didn’t recognize myself anymore.

Getting fired in 2020 became one of the most painful and necessary turning points of my life.

Since then, I’ve spent years rebuilding my life through sobriety, men’s work, meditation, spiritual practice, brotherhood, learning to feel my feelings, and a 3,007-mile walk across America for men’s mental health.

Now my work is simple:

To help people slow down, stop living from old patterns, stop carrying everything alone, and start feeling like themselves again.

And for men ready to go deeper, I co-lead The Integrated Man, an initiation and brotherhood for men who are done white-knuckling life and ready to live with more clarity, strength, presence, and support.
