TRy My Free 7-Day GUIDE

HEY THERE, I'M

Tim Perreira.

In 2020, I had most of what I thought I wanted on paper.

But inside, I was struggling.

Burnt out and in a deep, high-functioning depression.

On paper, my life looked great. In reality, I was spiraling.

I’d been a high-achiever and into fitness my whole life, but none of that could fix what was really going on.

I was ignoring the part of myself that needed the most attention...

About Me

Society teaches men to stay strong, silent, and stoic.
To hide their emotions. To never need help.

But what I experienced was the opposite of that message.

I noticed that burying that part of myself was hurting my human experience. Trying to be strong and silent was making me weak and scream on the inside.

I realized I had been numbing out and avoiding my pain for a long time.

So I turned inward.

Over the next few years, I focused every waking moment on mastering the inner game. To finally stop running from my fears & insecurities, and face them head-on.

That changed everything for me.

I finally started to feel real freedom.

I learned I could be tough and tender. Strong and compassionate. Disciplined and understanding.

I realized the definition of manhood I had inherited was broken. And that the real work wasn’t proving myself to the world—it was remembering who I am.

My story has had many chapters:

  • From sports to school to the sales leaderboard, chasing worth through achievement.
  • Losing my job during the pandemic and hitting rock bottom.
  • Finding teachers and “maps” that helped me navigate my inner world.
  • Facing a deep, apathetic depression and suicidal thoughts in 2024.
  • In 2025, walking across America. 163 days on foot, no headphones, no distractions. All for pushing myself mentally, physically, and spiritually, and raising awareness for men’s mental health.

That walk changed my life in ways I will be processing for decades. My lessons for the journey will be the content of my first book (writing now).

Now, my mission is clear:

To end the stigma around men’s mental health, and help men live clear, strong, and free—by mastering their inner game.

When I’m not writing or leading men’s work, you can find me listening to Ram Dass, training jiu-jitsu, or at the beach.
